    Job Description

    The Foreclosure Oversight Specialist I is responsible for the day-to-day work between Longbridge Financial and its subservicer and vendors ensuring the subservicer is operating in a manner that is consistent with LBFs legal and regulatory obligations, contractual requirements, and performance expectations.

    Primary Job Duties:

    • Handle the oversight of loans in Due and Payable and Foreclosure status.
    • Review reports and work queues to manage HUD curtailment timelines.
    • Escalate and work to resolve issues to the subservicer and attorneys to avoid controllable curtailment delays.
    • Accurately depict responsible party for missed servicing milestones.
    • Documents all servicing activities, actions taken, delays, follow ups and phone conversations.
    • Analyze subservicers requests for documents.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Familiarity with foreclosure processes
    • Must be able to work in Houston Office Monday – Friday
    • Computer Skills and familiarity with MS Word and Excel

    • Target base salary range is 50-55K, which is based on various factors including skills and work experience.
    • In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for a competitive additional compensation program via monthly production bonus that is based on individual performance.
