Our growing law firm is seeking an experienced Foreclosure Paralegal to join our HOA Collections team. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who can manage a high-volume caseload while maintaining accuracy, organization, and strong communication.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage foreclosure files from referral through sale and post-sale processes
Prepare and review foreclosure pleadings, notices, and related legal documents
Coordinate with attorneys, clients (HOA/management companies), and third parties
Ensure compliance with South Carolina foreclosure procedures and timelines
Maintain accurate file documentation and case tracking
Communicate case status updates to clients as needed
Assist with title review, payoff statements, and reinstatement figures
E-file documents and manage court-related filings
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Minimum 2+ years of foreclosure experience (South Carolina experience preferred)
Prior experience in HOA collections, real estate, or creditor’s rights strongly preferred
Strong understanding of foreclosure timelines and procedures
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple files and deadlines simultaneously
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal case management systems
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
