Qualifications: • Experience in real estate sales, with a focus on foreclosure, REO, or distressed properties. • Ability to guide clients through the foreclosure process, providing strategic advice to maximize investment potential. • Proven track record of staying updated on local foreclosure trends, market data, and regulatory changes. • Strong relationship-building skills with clients, investors, attorneys, and real estate professionals. • Proficiency in maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance in all transactions. • Experience in developing and executing marketing strategies to promote foreclosure properties. • Skilled in negotiating offers and contracts to achieve the best outcomes for clients. Compensation: $125,500 - $225,000 yearly at plan
