Qualifications: • Experience in real estate sales, with a focus on foreclosure or distressed properties, preferred. • Ability to guide clients through complex processes with clarity and empathy, ensuring they feel supported at every step. • Proven track record of managing real estate transactions from listing to closing with professionalism and attention to detail. • Strong knowledge of the Phoenix-Mesa-Scottsdale, AZ real estate market, particularly in foreclosure inventory. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients and team members. • Ability to evaluate properties accurately and provide insightful assessments to clients. • Proficiency in using real estate tools and technology to enhance client service and streamline transactions. Compensation: $120,000 - $210,000 yearly
