Qualifications: • Licensed or in the process of becoming licensed. • Experience in real estate sales, with a focus on foreclosure or distressed properties, preferred. • Ability to guide clients through complex foreclosure processes, ensuring clarity and support at every step. • Proven track record of evaluating distressed properties to determine market value and investment potential. • Strong skills in managing and updating property listings to attract the right buyers. • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, fostering trust and repeat business. • Knowledge of current foreclosure inventory and market trends to provide timely advice to clients. • Experience coordinating with legal and financial professionals to ensure smooth transactions for all parties involved is a plus. Compensation: $120,000 - $210,000 yearly
