Qualifications: • Active real estate license. • Experience in real estate sales, with a focus on foreclosure and distressed properties. • Ability to guide clients through complex transactions with clarity and confidence. • Proven track record of analyzing market trends to identify profitable opportunities. • Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable outcomes for clients. • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, lenders, and real estate professionals. • Experience in conducting property evaluations and providing actionable insights. • Familiarity with local and federal foreclosure regulations to ensure compliance and best practices are followed. Compensation: $125,000 - $225,000 yearly
