Responsibilities: • Serve as the first point of contact for buyer and seller leads • Build rapport quickly through calls, texts, and email communication • Understand client needs and connect them with the appropriate team member • Maintain a high level of responsiveness and professionalism in all interactions • Provide regular updates and support throughout the buying or selling process • Contribute to a smooth and positive client experience Qualifications: • Must be comfortable using CRMs and digital communication platforms • Real Estate License or currently in the licensing process • Detail-oriented and highly organized with time management skills • Tech-savvy and eager to learn new tools • Self-starter with the ability to work independently Compensation: $150,000 - $225,000 yearly
