Responsibilities: • Guide clients through the foreclosure process, ensuring they understand each step and feel supported. • Analyze local market trends to identify opportunities in distressed properties and advise clients accordingly. • Collaborate with our marketing team to create compelling listings that attract potential buyers and investors. • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of foreclosure laws and regulations to provide accurate advice to clients. • Build and nurture relationships with clients, focusing on trust and long-term collaboration. • Coordinate property showings and open houses, ensuring a seamless experience for potential buyers. • Negotiate offers and contracts, advocating for clients' best interests throughout the transaction process. Qualifications: • Active Real Estate License or willingness to obtain one • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Goal-oriented and self-motivated • Organized and able to manage multiple tasks at once • Commission-based position Compensation: $125,000 - $195,000 yearly
