• Calculate nutritional needs, establish goals, and implement medical nutrition therapy for residents based on their overall nutritional status.

• Establish effective strategies to implement innovative programs which lead to optimal clinical nutrition and positive financial outcomes

• Compile with regulatory standards – both Federal and State and accrediting agencies adhering to confidentiality, HIPPA regulations, residents’ right policies and CMS regulations

• Collaborate with IDT team to provide quality nutrition and culinary program

• Review menu cycle for nutrient analysis and diet consistencies

• Supports quality assurance initiatives in the kitchen

Qualifications:

• Strong leadership and communication skills to encourage changes with nursing and kitchen management.
• 1-3 years of Acute care experience

Additional Information

$33.00-$35.00/hour
