    Make Your Mark in FTZ Software Implementation

    We have an immediate opening for a knowledgeable individual to be a key player in implementing QAD's Foreign-Trade Zone (FTZ) software. This isn't just a job; it's a chance to apply your deep FTZ expertise to transform how large manufacturing and distribution companies operate. You'll be the expert, working directly with our customers' compliance and technical teams, guiding them through every step of their FTZ software journey.

    What You'll Be Doing (and Loving!):

    • Be a Trusted Advisor: Work hand-in-hand with customers, configuring QAD FTZ software to meet their unique needs.
    • Bridge the Technical Gap: Facilitate seamless technical integrations and run critical test files.
    • Empower Through Training: Develop and deliver customized training, helping customers create efficient process flows and procedures for their specific FTZ operations.
    • Collaborate for Success: Partner closely with customer FTZ consultants and QAD's dedicated project managers and technical engineers, ensuring a smooth and successful implementation from start to finish.
    • Remote Flexibility: This is a fully remote position, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere in the United States or a U.S. Territory.

    Who You Are: The FTZ Specialist We're Looking For

    You're more than just experienced; you're passionate about Foreign-Trade Zones and driven to see your implementations succeed. You have:

    • Proven FTZ Acumen: 3-4+ years of hands-on experience implementing FTZs, coupled with a first-hand understanding of FTZ operations and related processes.
    • Logistics Savvy: A working knowledge of logistics activities, including import activities.
    • Implementation Prowess (Desired, not required): Experience implementing FTZ systems, with an understanding of flat-files and the ability to validate relevant data. Any experience with Import, ABI, or other import compliance systems is a plus!
    • Problem-Solving Mindset: The ability to juggle multiple projects and consistently deliver results on time.
    • Tech-Comfortable: In-depth experience with spreadsheets and Microsoft Word or Google Docs, and proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
    • Exceptional Communicator: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, allowing you to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
    • Independent & Collaborative: Self-motivated and capable of thriving both independently and as part of a dynamic team.

    Desired Experience

    • Experience implementing FTZ systems. Understanding of flat-files and ability to validate relevant data
    • Experience operating FTZ systems
    • Experience with Import, ABI, or other import compliance systems
    • Experience participating in the implementation of FTZ software or other import compliance system
    • Experience implementing, data-mapping, integrating is a plus

    COMPENSATION PACKAGE:

    • Base pay range: $80,000.00 - $115,000.00 USD Annual (12 Months)
    • Placement within our pay range will vary based on knowledge, skills, experience, and market location variations as well as internal peer equity
    • This position is also eligible for an annual company performance bonus
