About Us: Join our growing cleaning company in New York as a motivated and responsible Foreman. We are looking for an experienced leader with a strong work ethic, who can manage cleaning crews and maintain top-quality service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise, train, and motivate cleaning teams to ensure jobs are completed efficiently and to the highest standards

Coordinate daily schedules and assign tasks to staff

Oversee the proper use and maintenance of cleaning equipment and supplies

Enforce safety and compliance policies (OSHA, company standards)

Assist in customer service and problem-solving situations, addressing issues on site

Communicate effectively with management, crews, and clients

Maintain records of attendance, supply inventory, and work completed

Conduct quality inspections to verify cleanliness and safety standards

Qualities & Skills Needed:

Proven leadership and team management skills

Attention to detail and commitment to quality

Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to make decisions independently

Excellent communication skills (spoken and written)

Ability to motivate and guide staff in a fast-paced environment

Knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and safety procedures

Experience in scheduling and time management

Physical capability for the role (lifting, standing, climbing ladders, etc.) Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent (College degree or technical certification preferred)

Minimum 2–3 years of supervisory experience in cleaning, facilities, or a related field

Bilingual – English/Spanish preferred

Knowledge of OSHA standards and safe operating protocols

Ability to use technology for scheduling or log management (email, apps)
