What You'll Do

Install commercial landscape projects including:

Irrigation systems

Tree, shrubs, flowers, and sod

Drainage systems

Hardscape and landscape improvements

Operate and work around construction equipment and tools

Follow company safety policies and procedures

Maintain quality workmanship and productivity on job sites

work outdoors in varying weather conditions

Foreman Responsibilities

Lead and supervise landscape construction crews

Coordinate daily job site activities and production goals

Train and mentor crew members

Communicate with Project Managers regarding project progress

Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and according to company standards

Crew Members Responsibilities

Perform landscape construction tasks as directed by crew leadership

Assist with installations and site preparation

Operate tools and equipment safely

Support team productivity and project completion

Qualifications

Previous landscape construction, irrigation, construction, or outdoor labor experience

Ability to perform physically demanding work and lifting up to 50 pounds

Reliable transportation and strong attendance

Valid driver's license (required for some positions)

Ability to work as part of a team

Leadership experience preferred for Foreman candidates
