Demo2Finish Construction is seeking an experienced and motivated Construction Foreman to oversee residential and commercial construction projects from demolition through final completion. We are a family-oriented company that takes pride in delivering quality workmanship, maintaining safe job sites, and exceeding customer expectations.

Responsibilities:

Supervise daily job site operations and construction crews

Coordinate subcontractors, materials, and equipment

Ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget

Maintain quality control and enforce safety standards

Read and interpret blueprints and project plans

Communicate effectively with clients, project managers, and team members

Track project progress and report updates

Solve job site issues efficiently and professionally

Qualifications:

3+ years of construction foreman or supervisory experience

Strong knowledge of residential and commercial construction

Ability to lead crews and manage multiple tasks

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Strong communication and organizational skills

Experience with demolition, framing, finishing, and site management preferred
