Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations and manage project timelines to ensure timely completion.

Coordinate and supervise a team of skilled tradespeople in various home improvement tasks.

Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions.

Ensure all work meets company quality standards and complies with safety regulations.

Train and mentor team members to enhance their skills and promote a positive work environment.

Manage inventory and order supplies to ensure smooth project execution.

Prepare and submit project estimates and reports to management.

Resolve any on-site issues that may arise during projects to maintain customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

Proven experience in a supervisory role within the construction or home improvement industry.

Strong knowledge of various trades, including carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work.

Excellent leadership and team management skills.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Ability to read blueprints and project plans accurately.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality workmanship.

Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physical tasks as required.
