Job Summary

We are seeking a Residential Construction Foreman to join our team! In this role, you will oversee all phases of Remodels and Adu Builds. Help with Material takeoffs and personnel management. You will be responsible for job site safety and ensuring they adhere to all safety regulations. The ideal candidate has a proven track record as a bags on Foreman and or a history of strong leadership. Background in some type of trade. Framing, plumbing, Electrical, Etc.

Responsibilities

Lead 2-3 Employees and work closely with sub contractors

Ensure all employees follow safety regulations

Meet with all employees for regular performance reviews

Deliver feedback to management

Develop and implement strategies for optimizing efficiency and performance

Ensure the proper maintenance and operation of all equipment

Maintain adequate levels of inventory and reorder as needed

Other administrative tasks as necessary

Qualifications

Previous experience as a Foreman or similar position is preferred

Deep understanding of work optimization methods

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Strong leadership and crisis management skills

Knowledge of all relevant safety regulations
