Responsibilities: Jobsite Leadership • Lead, supervise, and motivate crew members (laborers and finishers). • Assign daily tasks and monitor performance for efficiency and quality. • Ensure proper safety practices are followed at all times. • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional jobsite. Concrete Construction Tasks • Oversee forming, pouring, finishing, and curing of concrete (driveways, patios, sidewalks, pool decks, retaining walls, etc). • Perform layout and grade checks before pours. • Ensure reinforcement, base prep, and mix specifications meet company standards. • Direct finishing work, including broom, swirl, stamped, and decorative finishes. Project Management Support • Communicate with the Owner/Project Manager regarding daily progress, delays, or issues. • Coordinate deliveries of concrete, materials, and equipment. • Track crew hours, material usage, and report any variances to the budget. • Review the scopes of work and confirm alignment before execution. Customer Interaction • Be professional and courteous with homeowners and clients. • Provide updates on job progress when needed. • Report customer concerns immediately to the Owner/PM. Qualifications: Requirements • 5+ years of experience in concrete construction (with at least 2 years in a leadership role). • Strong knowledge of forming, pouring, finishing, curing, and decorative stamping. • Ability to read plans and follow scopes of work. • Leadership and crew management skills. • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. • Physical ability to perform concrete construction tasks when needed. Compensation: $75,000 yearly
