We’re looking for a Lead Tech (Foreman) who leads by example, works hands-on in the field, and takes pride in building exceptional outdoor spaces while guiding a crew through daily production. While knowing you are working with Mother Nature and not against her. Responsibilities: • Lead and inspire a team of landscape technicians to deliver exceptional outdoor projects, ensuring every detail aligns with our commitment to quality and sustainability. • Coordinate daily operations, from planning to execution, to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget, fostering a sense of accomplishment and pride in our work. • Collaborate closely with clients to understand their vision and provide expert advice, ensuring their expectations are not just met but exceeded. • Oversee the installation of custom water features, hardscapes, and landscape lighting, ensuring each element harmonizes with the natural environment. • Implement environmentally responsible practices in all projects, promoting sustainability and innovation in landscape construction. • Conduct regular site inspections to maintain high standards of safety and quality, addressing any issues proactively and efficiently. • Mentor and develop team members, sharing your expertise and encouraging growth, so we all succeed together in our mission to create beautiful, sustainable landscapes. Qualifications: What We’re Looking For • Experienced Craftsperson: Background in masonry, hardscaping, landscape construction, or similar hands-on trades; blueprint reading strongly preferred. • Hands-On Leader: Comfortable making decisions in the field while actively working alongside the crew. • Outdoor-Ready: Physically capable and comfortable working outdoors throughout the season in varying conditions. • People-Oriented: Able to build trust, communicate clearly, and keep a team aligned and motivated. • Can do attitude! Compensation: $20 - $30 hourly
