BENEFITS/REQUIREMENTS:

$35-38/hour (NOT 1099)

Responsibilities

Proven leader with a great attitude to lead the team efficiently

Strong work ethic

Perform all job duties; tree trimming, pruning, and removal, operate a bucket truck efficiently, climb trees efficiently, groundwork, etc

Operate and maintain a variety of tools and machinery including pruning saws, chainsaws, and chippers

Communicate effectively with other team members and management

Maintain trucks and equipment

Report the need for repairs to truck and equipment to fleet management

Safeguard employees and the public from hazards in and around the working area, staying in frequent communication with team

Adhere to all industry and company safety standards and policies, including the use of PPE at all times

Help enforce job safety practices

Job Requirements

CDL-A REQUIRED

Experience in tree trimming and pruning

Ability to operate a variety of equipment and machinery

Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently

Ability to lift heavy objects and work in a physically demanding environment

Valid drivers license and reliable transportation

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

Willingness to work at heights and in challenging weather conditions

Additional experiences of benefit, including but not limited to:
