    The Construction and Drilling Foreman is located in Salt Lake City, UT and typically reports directly to the Division Manager/Superintendent. Primary focus is providing superior leadership and management for the project(s) in accordance with policies and procedures adopted by the Company. The Construction and Drilling **** Foreman shall foster an environment of cooperation and support to enable employees to perform to their maximum potential.

    Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

    • Ensure that safety policies are properly established, communicated, and implemented on the project
    • Scheduling and coordination of crews, equipment, materials, outages, etcetera for performance of the work.
    • Coordinate and communicate with the Project Managers
    • Support estimating as needed and execute work to support the profitable growth of the division;
    • Enforces all company health, safety, and environment policies and procedures
    • Supervises a small crew of employees (1-5) and prioritizes work accordingly
    • Fulfills all assigned construction job duties, including project layout, timelines, and completes necessary paperwork
    • Interprets and follows plans, material lists and guidelines
    • Oversees timesheets and related project paperwork from subordinate staff
    • Conducts toolbox meetings as required to review overall operations

    PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

    WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

    • ****3-4 years of experience supervising multiple crews and locations Involved in drilling and heavy equipment construction.

    • Must possess Class A CDL driver license, or the ability to obtain within 90-days of employment.

    • Working knowledge of various drilling techniques including rock drilling, slurry methods, temporary and permanent casing, and vibratory methods preferred.

    • Ability, and willingness to travel to obtain and manage customers and projects.

    • Must be a demonstrated communicator and team player.

    • Must possess the ability to support job estimates and quantity take-offs as required.

    • Prefer proficient skills with Microsoft Word and Excel.

    • Bi-lingual communications ability a great plus, English/Spanish.

    • Demonstrated safety performance record.
