Your role is to effectively mitigate current client risk while exposing and addressing areas of concern, and consistently driving business by proactively engaging in the activities necessary to achieve results.     You Possess:

    • Track record of transitioning prospects into clients in addition to initiating new revenue by deepening relationships with existing clientele

    • Stellar client engagement skill set with a passion for daily networking, instinctively knowing prospects exist everywhere

    • Strategic approach to key decision makers of current books of business realizing effective cross-selling will not only solidify relationships but clients will value you as a trusted advisor

    • Unique persistency with a focus on driving revenue through sales with emphasis on mid-large size companies, High Net Worth individuals, and organizations with growth potential

    • Methodical sales approach to prepare and implement an individual business plan and production budget

    • Well-defined peer network to generate leads for your area of specialty

    • Relationship mentality to engage COE’s for their identifiable prospects

    • Persistence and ingenuity to secure in-person appointments and prospect new opportunities

    • Desire of effectiveness by organizationally maintaining call and contact history of all prospects to ensure accountability

    • Deep understanding of available technology to help the sales process, including Salesforce.com, Google, and other research platforms

    • Self-starter dedication to utilizing research tools to conduct prospect research and establish professional contact networks

    • Solid ability to lead service team to obtain superior programs, maintain highest level of service, and cooperative, team approach to the business

    • Deep-rooted ambition to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by visiting existing clients to review their current plans and discuss their needs and exposures

    • Relentless attitude to exceed established sales goal targets related to revenue growth

    • Awareness and in-depth understanding of the marketplace, and strong relationships with various underwriters

    • Team approach to upholding the Risk Strategies’ corporate image and branding in the marketplace

     

    Requirements and Qualifications:

    • Minimum of 5+ years of successful, documented sales experience

    • Meet established activity and productivity goals, including weekly quotas

    • Bringing prospects to closure while maximizing client retention through superior customer service

    • State specific Valid Broker’s License

    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment managing multiple competing priorities & demands

    • High sales aptitude with a solid business acumen with strategic reasoning & a results motivation

    • Proficient knowledge of insurance databases and company sanctioned sales tools

    • Strong understanding of the insurance marketplace, with positive relationships with underwriting community

    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with autonomy to act independently with minimal direction

    • Understanding of financial analysis, and other important client and marketplace data
