    Position overview:

    We’re seeking for a self-starter, driven Senior Financial Analyst to join our dynamic team.

    The Senior Financial Analyst will play a critical role in providing financial insights, analysis, and guidance to support key business initiatives and drive financial performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, exceptional financial modeling skills, and the ability to communicate complex financial concepts to stakeholders at all levels.

    Main responsibilities:

    The Senior Financial Analyst will be responsible for the following:

    • Prepare and present financial reports, forecasts, and budgeting models to management, providing insights into key financial metrics and performance drivers.
    • Develop and implement methods and techniques to improve forecasting, financial evaluations and analyses, financial processes, and system functionality.
    • Conduct financial analysis, including variance analysis, trend analysis, and scenario modeling, to support decision-making and drive operational improvements.
    • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities for optimization.
    • Collaborate cross-functionally with accounting, operations, and other departments to gather data, validate assumptions, and drive process improvements.
    • Identify and drive process improvements, including the creation and refinement of standard and ad-hoc reports, tools, and Excel Dashboards.

    Skills and Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration
    • 3 or more years of Accounting or Financial Planning and Analysis experience
    • Experience using ERP systems, consolidation and visualization tools (NetSuite, PBCS, and Tableau a plus)
    • Experience using Microsoft suite (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
    • Experience in Manufacturing or Distribution environment
    • Advanced knowledge of Excel, manipulating data via use of pivots / lookups, VBA/Macros, etc.
    • Strong interpersonal skills, including written and oral communication skills. Ability to work in fast paced collaborative environment navigating ambiguity and complexity.
