Responsible for full-cycle of new projects

Work to standardize all engineering processes

Stay informed of all changes in the industry

Develop competitive cost estimates for various projects

Use continuous improvement, root cause and corrective action tools

Experience training and motivating engineers

Must have automotive and metal fabrication experience
