We are looking to hire a Director of Operations in the greater Seymour, IN area. This position offers a strong salary.

• Prefer Masters degree with Engineering and accounting/ P&L experience. BS is a must.
• All Management positions will report to this person.
• This person will be groomed to become the COO.
• Prefer metals experience: tubing, bend, weld, stamp, paint and assembly
• Also some environmental because of paint applications.
• Should have lean manufacturing experience to improve processes and reduce costs.
• Work with Engineering and Maintenance to develop and implement manufacturing improvements that will eliminate downtime, increase throughput and take cost out of the product.
• Understanding of Quality systems.
