Currently looking for an experienced Maintenance Manager to fill an opening in the Columbus, IN area. Interested candidates should have a Bachelors degree, Engineering preferred, with a minimum of 7 years experience in Maintenance.

Responsibilities of the Maintenance Manager

Oversees day to day operations of the department

Responsible for professional development of the maintenance staff.

Ensures departmental compliance with company policies, including safety regulations

Schedules and performs preventative maintenance checks and keeps related records.

Responsible for installation and maintenance of machinery, equipment, etc

Oversees work performed by outside contractors as necessary

Aids in troubleshooting problems with machinery and equipment

Trains, directs, develops, supervises and evaluates department employees

Ensures compliance of Environmental standards

Facilitate small group meetings

Familiarity with PLC operations and robots

Experience with TPS and Kaizen

 Requirements of the Maintenance Manager

Minimum 7 years experience

Excellent electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and controls experience

Must have excellent problem solving skills

Experience with TPS and Kaizen

Familiarity with PLC operations and robots
