Lead all manufacturing projects within the stamping area
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
Interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
Lead engineered solutions to improve Safety, Quality, Downtime, MRO Costs through continuous improvement activity
Responsible for defining manufacturing processes and equipment requirements for new business and design changes
Reviews product, equipment and tooling design for compliance with engineering principles, company standards, customer contract requirements and related specifications
Leads activities with vendors and other departments concerning tooling and equipment procurement or modification
Works with customers and quality engineering in resolving design and test problems
Evaluates and approves design changes, specifications and drawing releases.
Works with maintenance team on troubleshoot tooling, equipment and quality issues.

Prefer a Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 7 years experience with a tier one automotive supplier
