ABOUT THE COMPANY

Foresite Labs StealthCo is a biotechnology company focused on the development of therapeutic and diagnostic products for the treatment of human diseases. We are a precision platform therapeutics company leveraging novel genomic biology across multiple disease areas. We are building a genomics and data science platform that will enable data integration and generation to support our discovery and development efforts.

ROLE

We are seeking a new member for our administrative services team who will be closely involved in the team's business operations, including management of calendars for the CEO and other team members. The role requires an organized and analytical candidate who possesses business judgment and the interpersonal skills needed to successfully interact with a variety of people (internal and external) in various job functions. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage calendars, manage expenses and other administrative functions in a timely manner
• Coordinate meetings, events, and team communications
• Assist with HR and recruiting processes to include job postings, candidate scheduling, and interview process management
• Manage ad-hoc projects for overall team; some of these may include coordinating offsites, board meetings, and supporting office operations

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum of 3 years of related experience in a startup environment
• Comfort working independently in a fast paced environment
• Expert level written and verbal communication skills
• Proactive approach to problem solving
• Self-starter with a “can do” attitude
• Expert knowledge of Google Suite (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets, Powerpoint)
• Experience or interest in biotech / life sciences / pharma
