    Qualifications

    Must hold an active NJ state license to practice as a physical therapy assistant

    Must hold a current BLS CPR certification

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    Conducts a physical therapy assessment before each treatment and devises a physical therapy daily treatment plan based on the patient's plan of care .

    Provides, coordinates, and the administration of physical modalities, therapeutic interventions, manual care, assistant device training, gait training and therapeutic functional activities utilized in physical therapy as indicated by the established plan of care.

    Accurately documents physical therapy care perform during treatment according to company policies and quality procedures.

    Provides quality-value care to every patient with compassion, empathy and collaboration.

    Coordinates with physical therapist, other health professional and staff in discharging planning

    Charges effectively and appropriately for all services rendered.

    Participation in clinical instruction.
