    JOB SUMMARY: 

    This role supports parent-child programming offering biblical teaching, recreation leadership and activity hosting while providing support and encouragement to campers of all ages. 

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 

    • Provides general customer service to campers during retreat/event  
    • Leads a small group of campers in Trail Adventures
    • Hosts meals 
    • Engages guests in activities and campy fun during event
    • Provides encouragement and support to each camper
    • Ensures that assigned group is present at all scheduled activities.
    • Makes sure activities begin in a timely manner.
    • Provides rotational coverage of campus supervision
    • Demonstrates a deep commitment to the Forest Home community
    • Performs other duties as assigned.

    EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: 

    • High school diploma or equivalent. 
    • Experience working with children/youth.
    • Previous experience at Forest Home preferred.
