    PROGRAM MANAGER (QUALIFIED MENTAL HEALTH PROFESSIONAL)

    Forever Endeavor, LLC seeks an energetic qualified Program Manager with exceptional leadership skills, who is also a Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) registered with the Virginia Board of Counseling. We are searching for someone to join us in helping individuals live better lives. We are not only looking for someone who can do a job.     We are looking for a PROGRAM MANAGER to organize and coordinate programs, and who will provide strategic guidance to teams in ways that promote the company’s culture. The program manager will oversee the progress of operations. The ideal candidate will be an excellent leader, with the skills and ability in managing staff to produce results in a timely manner. The successful candidate will be able to develop efficient strategies and tactics. The goal is to ensure that all programs strategies deliver the expected, desirable, outcome to our organization.

    NOTE: CANDIDATES MUST BE REGISTERED AS A QUALIFIED MENTAL HEALTH PROFESSIONAL - ADULT (QMHP-A) WITH THE VIRGINIA BOARD OF                          COUNSELING.

    INTERESTED PROFESSIONALS SHOULD:

    · Be able to work effectively, efficiently, and independently.

    · Be able to train and direct staff.

    · Be able to pass background checks.

    · Have own transportation, with insurance.

    · Have superb proofing skills and note writing expertise.

    · Be able to pay close attention to detail.

    · Be able to complete timely reports and paperwork.

    · Have good verbal, nonverbal, and written communication skills.

    · Be currently or able to become first aid/CPR certified.

    · Be free of active Tuberculosis disease.

    · Be able to interpret and apply policies and procedures throughout the course of all agency related activities.

    · Be able to maintain registration as a QMHP with the Virginia Board of Counseling.

    · Community Mental Health and Rehabilitation Services (CMHRS) are provided in the community. Must be willing to spend time working in         both, the office and in the community.

    WORK SCHEDULE: Program Manager maintains his/her own work schedule, based on the needs of the individuals served. Office/administrative hours will be based on operational needs.

    PRIMARY DUTIES:

    · Provide direct-administrative supervision to QMHP staff members;

    · Manage risks for the agency location(s);

    · Assist, and report to, the Chief Executive Officer in the development and implementation of the policies and procedures, and services;

    · Maintain confidential files of all staff members and service recipients, including applications, contracts, psychological and psychiatric reports, educational information, medical information and personal data; and

    · Provide monthly supervision for QMHP staff members and quality assurance.

    PREFERRED:

    · Individuals with current certifications: (1) Crisis Wave (2) First Aid/CPR

    · Working knowledge of Mental Health Skill-building Services (MHSS)

    POSITION QUALIFICATIONS: A minimum of a bachelors’s degree in social work or a human services field related to social work, such as sociology, psychology, or counseling from an accredited college or university, and TWO YEARS OF EXPERIENCE providing mental health services to adults. Must be a Virginia registered qualified mental health professional - adult (QMHP-A).

    COMPENSATION: Based on relevant education and experience.

    SALARY: $22.00 to $25.00 /hour
