    Motivated team members will have advancement opportunities to lead their own teams in the field or become Operations Managers, or Superintendents.

    Description: This team member will lead and manage ForeverLawn installations, including but not limited to, playground, landscape, sports fields, golf greens, and K9 projects.

    Responsibilities:

    Communicate project installation details to project managers and customers.

    Supervise and train Technician Crew members.

    Use installation tools safely and effectively. Examples: measuring devices, power tools, drills, saws, grinders, blowers, grading equipment and compactors, hand tools, skid-steer, forklifts, etc.

    Perform quality installations of ForeverLawn products and show a high understanding of various product types/applications.

    Ability to stand, stoop, kneel, and bend throughout the entire shift.

    Maintain a productive, fun, and safe approach to physical work.

    Proficient in all base work, perimeter board, grading, slant/slope ratios, drainage, and stone base compaction.

    Troubleshoot issues and use creative installation solutions. You will have access to in-person and virtual tech/installation support.

    Willing to perform multiple tasks with the ability to problem-solve and think in a proactive manner

    Ensure company vehicles and equipment are serviced and used correctly by all crew members.

    Must be able to read, understand, interpret, and execute plans, sketches, and details.

    Solid work ethic, unquestionable integrity, and a positive attitude for engaging customers.

    Keep work areas and vehicles clean and organized.

    Drive truck and trailer to and from job sites. (Valid/Clean Washington State Drivers License)

    Transport materials and supplies to projects as needed.

    Eight (8) paid holidays a year.

    Travel/Prevailing Wage Pay, Vacation.

    Partial work clothing is provided.

    Hours will fluctuate based on demand, weather, and schedules. Monday - Friday - very rare Saturday only if absolutely necessary.

    A positive Employee Review after 90 days can receive a pay raise and personal work gear. Annual Reviews will coincide with the employee hire date.

    Optional Salary model considered for the right candidate (details to be discussed after a 90/120-day review). Annual Reviews will coincide with the employee hire date.

    Some overnight travel will be required (of course we pick up the tab on hotel, meals, etc.).

    $26 - $37 an hour, based on experience for leadership positions - Plus Prevailing Wage on certain jobs.
