THE CLIENT COORDINATOR IS AN ESSENTIAL ROLE AT FORGE + BOW AS THEY ARE THE “WELCOME WAGON” FOR FORGE + BOW WHILST MAINTAINING STRONG CLIENT COMMUNICATION, COORDINATION, AND RELATIONSHIP DURING DESIGN AND BUILD. THIS POSITION IS RESPONSIBLE FOR USHERING THE CLIENT FROM SALES, THROUGHOUT THE PRE CONSTRUCTION PROCESS, AND ALL THE WAY THROUGH THE COMPLETION OF THEIR PROJECT. AT TIMES THEY’LL JUMP INTO THE NITTY GRITTY, AND IN OTHERS SIMPLY SERVE AS A FACILITATOR. THEY ARE ESPECIALLY TASKED WITH HELPING THE CLIENT RECOGNIZE FORGE + BOW’S CORE VALUES - ENJOYING THE JOURNEY, TAKING OWNERSHIP, FINDING A BETTER WAY, AND CULTIVATING RAVING FANS.

We focus on high quality new construction and remodel projects for design savvy clients in the Fort Collins area. We am looking for an Client Coordinator who wants to be a key team member who will assist in getting awesome designs accomplished.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
COORDINATE CLIENT MEETINGS DURING SALES, AND FACILITATE SALES DOCUMENTATION
COORDINATE PROJECT FEASIBILITY STUDY
WITH THE ASSISTANCE OF SALES MANAGER, CREATE CONCEPTUAL DESIGN PROPOSAL AND CONTRACT, COORDINATING THE EXECUTION OF BOTH
FACILITATE THE ONBOARDING OF EACH NEW CLIENT.
INITIATE ALL PRE DESIGN INFORMATION GATHERING REQUESTS, INCLUDING SURVEYS, SOILS TESTING, AND ENVIRONMENTAL TESTING
CREATE LEGAL PORTION OF SCHEMATIC DESIGN CONTRACT, COORDINATING WITH PROJECT DEVELOPER, AND OVERSEEING THE EXECUTION BY CLIENT AND PRESIDENT
COORDINATE CLIENT MEETINGS IN ACCORDANCE WITH PROJECT SCHEDULE, CREATED AND MANAGED BY PROJECT DEVELOPER
FACILITATE CLIENT FINANCING PROCESS, COORDINATING INFORMATION WITH BANK AS NEEDED
CREATE LEGAL PORTION OF BUILD CONTRACT, COORDINATING WITH PROJECT DEVELOPER, AND OVERSEEING THE EXECUTION BY CLIENT AND PRESIDENT
COMPILE MEETING MINUTES FROM TEAM, SUBMIT TO PROJECT DEVELOPER FOR APPROVAL, AND SUBMIT TO CLIENTS
ENSURE CLIENT SATISFACTION THROUGHOUT ENTIRE PRE CONSTRUCTION AND BUILD JOURNEY
COMMUNICATE TO CLIENTS IN A TIMELY MANNER COMMUNICATING REALISTIC EXPECTATIONS AROUND OPTIONS AND CORRESPONDING COSTS AND TIMELINES.
MAINTAIN CORE VALUE CULTURE IN THE COMPANY
WORK WITH MANAGEMENT AND COLLEAGUES TO IDENTIFY, TROUBLESHOOT, AND RESOLVE DESIGN OPPORTUNITIES AND SOLUTIONS.
ENSURE ADHERENCE TO COMPANY POLICIES AND SOPS (STANDARD OPERATING PROCEDURES).
MAINTAIN CLEANLINESS AND ORGANIZATION OF WORK AREAS.
ATTEND GENERAL STAFF MEETINGS.
