Job Summary
The Regional Sales Manager- Central Region is responsible for achieving sales quota and account objectives in a specified geographic territory. The RSM will build, and maintain the relationship with specified dealers through training, sales presentations, product demonstrations, and technical assistance while also seeking new dealer partnerships. In additional, RSM will represent the company s products, services, and solutions to dealers while managing the accounts planning cycle and ensuring customers’ needs and expectations are met.
General Accountabilities
· Identifies, develops, or evaluates marketing strategy.
· Develop and grow the current dealer network within the RSM region
· Sales and Dealer Expansion within their APR.
· Improve Company's share of the dealer’s business
· Train and support the dealer’s sales staff.
· Collaborates with the Sales Coordinator on order entry and order tracking.
· When required prospect for National Accounts within your assigned region
· Be alert and sensitive to movements by our competition.
· Meet or exceed all your agreed upon corporate goals
· Prepare Dealers quotes in a timely manner.
· Support as needed the after-market needs of your dealers.
· Assist with accounts collection when requested.
· Uses sales forecasting or strategic planning to ensure the sale and profitability of products or services.
· Coordinates or participates in promotional activities or trade shows.
· Initiates market research studies within their region and reports findings to Company'.
· Dealer Managed National Accounts are to be continually managed by the RSM

Job Qualifications
· 3-5 years in the industry either at the dealer or OEM level.
· 3+ years of Sales & Marketing experience
· Preferred Associates or bachelor’s degree - depending on level of industry experience.
· Proven record in field - references within the industry
· Willing to Travel 40 - 50% including weekends.
Skills
· Excellent written and verbal skills, coupled with strong interpersonal, customer relations, service and negotiating skills required.
· Strong interpersonal and perception skills.
· Ability to operate MSN Office programs and other computer-based programs.
· Ability to give meaningful presentations
