    Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM–2:00 PM (Hours may vary)

    Job Overview

    We are hiring a dependable Forklift Operator to support daily warehouse and distribution operations. In this role, you'll safely operate sit-down forklifts, stand-up forklifts, reach trucks, and pallet jacks while assisting with shipping, receiving, inventory, and material handling.

    Responsibilities

    • Operate sit-down forklifts, stand-up forklifts, reach trucks, and pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
    • Load and unload inbound and outbound trucks.
    • Move, stage, store, and organize materials throughout the warehouse.
    • Wrap, secure, and stack pallets in designated storage locations.
    • Pick, pull, and stage customer orders for shipment.
    • Scan products using warehouse inventory systems.
    • Support shipping, receiving, replenishment, and outbound operations.
    • Rotate inventory using FIFO procedures.
    • Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits.
    • Complete daily forklift inspections and report equipment issues.
    • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
    • Follow OSHA safety standards, warehouse procedures, and PPE requirements.

    Qualifications

    • Previous experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or distribution environment preferred.
    • Experience with sit-down forklifts, stand-up forklifts, reach trucks, or electric pallet jacks is a plus.
    • Warehouse, shipping, receiving, inventory, or material handling experience preferred.
    • Ability to lift, move, and handle materials safely throughout the shift.
    • Strong attention to detail and commitment to inventory accuracy.
    • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
    • Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic are required.
