    About the Role

    We are hiring a dependable and safety-focused Forklift Operator to support daily warehouse and manufacturing operations. This position is responsible for safely moving, loading, unloading, and staging materials throughout the facility while maintaining accurate inventory and a clean, organized work environment.

    The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can work independently, stay productive throughout the shift, and work effectively as part of a team.

    Pay: $17.69/hour
    Shift: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

    Key Responsibilities

    • Safely operate a forklift to load, unload, transport, and stage materials
    • Move products and materials throughout the facility
    • Load and unload trucks as needed
    • Properly organize and store materials in designated locations
    • Assist with inventory control and maintain accurate inventory records
    • Verify quantities and product information
    • Inspect forklift equipment before and during use
    • Report equipment issues or safety concerns promptly
    • Follow all workplace, warehouse, and equipment safety procedures
    • Maintain a clean and organized work area
    • Follow production and warehouse procedures
    • Work efficiently to meet daily productivity goals
    • Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members
    • Perform other warehouse and material-handling duties as assigned

    Qualifications

    • Previous forklift operator experience required
    • Ability to operate a forklift safely and efficiently
    • Warehouse, manufacturing, distribution, or food production experience is a plus
    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
    • Dependable and reliable attendance
    • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
    • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
    • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
    • Good communication and teamwork skills
    • Ability to maintain productivity in a fast-paced environment
    • Commitment to workplace safety

    Physical Requirements

    • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
    • Ability to frequently bend, reach, stoop, and move throughout the facility
    • Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials as required
    • Ability to safely enter and exit forklift equipment
    • Ability to work around moving equipment and warehouse operations
    • Ability to wear all required PPE
