**Job Summary:
**We are currently hiring experienced and safety-focused Forklift Operators to support scrap and material movement within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for candidates with prior forklift experience who are committed to maintaining safety standards and ensuring efficient production flow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate forklifts safely to transport, load, unload, and stage scrap materials
• Move materials to designated scrap, recycling, or disposal areas
• Inspect materials for damage or irregularities and report issues promptly
• Perform daily forklift inspections and report maintenance or safety concerns
• Maintain accurate logs of material movement and inventory
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards
• Follow all company safety policies and OSHA regulations
• Support production and assist with additional tasks as needed

Qualifications:

• Previous forklift operating experience required
• Experience in manufacturing, scrap, or recycling environments preferred
• Strong understanding of workplace safety practices
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods
