Forklift Operator and General Labor
Intonu is currently looking for a Forklift Operator and General laborer to be a part of our Non-Ferrous Operations team. We are looking for the right individual who will be committed to being a part of our successful organization. The ideal candidate will possess a team player mindset and the qualifications to operate a forklift. You will be required to submit to a drug test and background check upon a conditional offer of employment. We also participate in the E-Verify process.

Intonu recycles a variety of different materials, including ferrous and nonferrous metals. Our collection and processing facility is located on the west side of Atlanta, GA.

Summary/Objective** This position is key in our Non-Ferrous department under inventory. This position exists primarily to move and organize material in a timely fashion according to the specifications of the Inventory Supervisor. **
Essential Duties**

• Load and unload material and organize material according to the specifications of the supervisor.
• Adhere to company safety policies and wear PPE at all times.
• Operate a forklift safely while achieving warehouse goals on time.
• General labor is included in this position as requested by the supervisor.
• Keep updated reports of equipment.
Required Skills and Abilities
• Proven experience as a forklift operator.
• Attention to detail and familiarity with equipment..

Work Environment**
This job operates in an open warehouse and is exposed to all kinds of weather during the shift. **
Physical Demands**
Climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, lifting, grasping, talking, hearing, repetitive motion. Medium work: exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally. Visual acuity is required to operate heavy equipment. The worker is subject to all weather conditions. Manual labor is also required. **
