About the Role:

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations on construction sites, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

Coordinate and manage team members, subcontractors, and vendors to maintain workflow efficiency.

Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards and quality assurance.

Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to provide project updates and address concerns.

Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports and schedules.

Implement best practices in construction techniques and safety protocols.

Assist in training and mentoring junior staff to enhance team skills and performance.

Resolve on-site issues promptly to minimize delays and maintain project momentum.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Forman or in a similar supervisory role in the construction industry.

Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.

Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage diverse teams.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

OSHA certification or equivalent safety training is a plus.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.

High school diploma or equivalent; further education in construction management is a plus.
