  • Responsibilities

    Job Description

    • Day-to-day brand love and customer service monitoring and responding across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, et al pages for best-in-class brand
    • Responsible for content calendar planning and management, along with publishing content (paid and organic) across channels
    • Lead community activations from surprise and delight ideation to surfacing brand-relevant opportunities for real-time content development to UGC engagement opportunities
    • Mine for insights and relevant community information to inform content creation, strategy, and media priorities
    • Initiating and managing 3rd party relationships with SMMS vendors and channel partners, keeping a pulse on the ever-evolving changes in the social space
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Ability to prioritize and identify the right response for the right comment
    • Attention to detail and a hunger to learn more about new industries
    • Experience using SMMS tools such as Sprinklr, Spredfast, or Hootsuite
    • Sound written communication and verbal presentation skills and the ability to sell in ideas to clients
    • 1+ years of experience in community and/or social media management with the ability to engage and build online communities

    Compensation Range: $24.52 - $36.06.  This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.  This role may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met.  This role may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met.
