ROLE SUMMARY

You will be getting in on the ground floor and have an active hand in building and executing our go-to-market strategy. The successful candidate will develop and implement an outbound sales development strategy for the addressable market (small to medium-sized factories) in the assigned territory.
We are looking for someone who is both strategic and tactical, and comfortable working with ambiguity. The ideal candidate is hungry, optimistic, has a “roll up the sleeves” mentality, and is ready to get creative in solving problems.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The Sales Development Representative will execute and innovate on our lead generation processes, including prospecting, outbound marketing efforts, lead generation/qualification/follow-up. The most important skill necessary for this role will be finding potential customers and setting meetings to drive new business.
