Forrest Solutions is currently seeking an experienced Office Services Associate to help support one of our prestigious law firms in the Kansas City area. The ideal candidate would have sufficient knowledge on binding, print, and light mail operations. At Forrest Solutions we pride ourselves on our talent and customer service abilities. Ensuring memorable client experience and satisfaction is of our greatest interest. Shift: 8:00am- 5:00pm; Monday - Friday (opportunity available for over time) Pay-rate: $18.00-20.00/hr Job functions include but are not limited to: * Sort incoming mail * Maintain logs of incoming/ outgoing mail * Scheduled daily mail runs * Facilities Maintenance support * Order office supplies * Assist with breakdown and set up of conference rooms * Assist with furniture building and movement * Ability to lead a team along with the ability to perform daily operations * Assist with mail delivery * Process 50 + mail pieces per day * Binding books, pamphlets, etc... * Processing images, blowbacks, etc... * Assist in other areas when appropriate Requirements * High School Diploma or GED * Ability to lift 50 lbs + * Technologically Savvy * Microsoft Office proficient * Printer knowledge * Binding proficient Company Description Forrest Solutions is privately owned for 46 years.
