Job Description
As the VP, Sales CX/EX, you will play a critical role in driving revenue, market share, and overall success in the US market. They need to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution and leadership to achieve these objectives.
Duties and Responsibilities
· Sales Strategy and Execution:
o Establish a positive and high-performance sales culture.
o Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for the US market.
o Set sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) for the sales team.
o Manage and lead the sales team, including sales managers and representatives.
· Customer Acquisition and Retention:
o Build and maintain relationships with key clients and strategic partners.
o Develop strategies for customer retention and expansion of services within existing accounts.
· Market Analysis and Competitive Intelligence:
o Stay informed about market trends, customer needs, and competitive offerings.
o Conduct market research and gather competitive intelligence to inform business strategies.
· Team Management and Development:
o Recruit, train, and manage the sales and account management teams (up to 10).
o Provide coaching and mentorship to team members.
· Collaboration and Alignment:
o Contribute to the overall strategic planning of the company with a focus on the US market.
o Collaborate with other departments, such as product development, marketing, and customer support, to ensure a unified approach to customer success.
o Align the sales team with the overall business objectives of the company.
· Reporting and Analytics:
o Implement reporting and analytics tools to track sales performance and key metrics.

Overall, this individual must be capable of working in a time-compressed, highly dynamic, and potentially ambiguous sale or client situation to ensure innovative, impactful solutions are developed, milestones and deliverables are achieved.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $ 127,000 - $190,000. It is not typical for offers to be made at or near the top of the range. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. In addition to base salary and a competitive benefits package, successful candidates are eligible to receive a discretionary bonus or commission tied to achieved results.
