GLAZER - (Team Member)

Glazers are responsible for delivering great guest experiences.

Job Description and Duties: Glazer’s primary responsibilities include operating POS, cash registers, greeting customers, taking and preparing food and drink orders, and completing transactions. Glazer’s also regularly clean all work stations, grind and brew coffee, restock all paper goods and food items.

Acknowledge the presence of customers when they show up, attend to them friendly and politely.

Listen and respond to all requests and needs of customers.

Provide professional responses to queries and complaints of customers.

Carry along other members of the crew to build synergy.

Monitor and serve products being sold in line with the standards established by the company.

Serve only top quality beverages and foods to customers.

Learn and understand the Guest Satisfaction and applying to day-to-day tasks.

Taking and preparing orders, receive payment from customers and issue them with receipts.

Monitor and execute orders on all 3rd Party delivery platforms.

Ensure that service is issued orderly and quickly.

Adhere to all cleanliness, sanitation, and safety standards laid out by Glaze Donuts.

Maintain composure all through working hours.
