    Job Description

    We are a vibrant & growing e-commerce quilt store looking for additional help in our customer service department. We are looking for happy, upbeat employees who enjoy working together as a team. Our workplace is clean, modern, and a great atmosphere! (Our warehouse is not open to the public for shopping.)

    Responsibilities include:

    • Handle customer inquiries & complaints
    • Provide information about our products & expected delivery dates
    • Document & update customer records with interactions
    • Combine multiple orders for customers, including determination of the best shipping method
    • Reaching out to customers regarding any questions or issues with their orders
    • Invoicing customers when needed
    • Entering orders from customers who call in
    • Assisting with our pre-order process

    This job is full time (40 hours/week). Hours will be scheduled between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm (8 hour shifts such as 8-4 or 9-5) Monday-Friday. This position has the potential to be a salaried position after the first year. We have PTO, Personal Leave, and 401K.
