Job Description
We’re looking for a proactive Telemarketer who is able to generate leads and cultivate prospects into attendance for Fortem International events.
This role is ideal for those with previous experience in digital marketing and telemarketing and for those looking to continue or start their professional growth in a high-energy office environment with opportunities for advancement in the company.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Capture leads via Google, Linkedin, Facebook, etc;
Able to cold call prospects;
Message potential prospects to inform them of the expos & generate business;
Generate event attendee registrations through cultivated leads;
Post consistently on social media about their assigned industry;
Research key demographics and understand industry trends;
Effectively manage assigned acquisition campaigns and goals;
Collaborate with the marketing team for other relevant marketing campaigns.
REQUIREMENTS
Must be tech-savvy and able to work on laptop and smartphone.
Have a strong knowledge of social platforms: Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.
Experience with G-Suite programs and Microsoft Office.
Outstanding organizational & project management skills.
Work collaboratively and closely with the marketing team.
Understand key marketing performance metrics.
Able to solve tasks creatively and efficiently.
Exceptional verbal & written communication skills.
Experience in cold calling and telemarketing is a massive PLUS.
Bilingual is a PLUS
Friendly, quick learning, and pro-active member of the marketing team.
