Job Description

The Production Analyst will assist the Operations team in multiple functions including, but not limited to: meeting facilitation and documenting minutes, collecting time study and other data from the field, building PowerPoint presentations, running and developing reports, updating SOPs, and assisting with project coordination and task management. This position will be a hybrid between office and time on the warehouse floor and will work closely with both management and floor associates.

Key Responsibilities-

• Data collection and project presentation for Operations projects.
• Will be expected to learn and utilize systems and reporting software to pull together data as requested.
• Utilize Excel or other software to put together outcomes of data collection.
• Will conduct time studies and other process analysis in coordination with the management team.
• Assist in research and development of improvements to warehouse flow.
• Assist with development and updating of procedures as needed.
• Facilitate meetings and document meeting minutes for the Operations management team.
• Utilize project management software to help with keeping management team on task.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required. Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Coursework in business, engineering, or statistical related fields a plus.
• At least two (2) years’ similar work experience; can include internships.
• Must be able to travel on occasion/as needed to complete training, project assignments, and skill building conferences.
• Must be (or become) proficient in Warehouse Management Software (WMS).
• Strong analytical skills required including, but not limited to intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
• Must be able to effectively handle multiple projects concurrently.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
