Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Acquisitions Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inbound leads generated by our marketing campaigns and conducting proactive cold calling to identify commercial and land properties for purchase. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and respond to inbound leads from marketing campaigns promptly and professionally.
- Conduct cold calling to identify and evaluate commercial and land properties for potential acquisition.
- Analyze property data and market conditions to assess the viability and potential of investment opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with property owners, brokers, and other stakeholders in the real estate market.
- Prepare and present acquisition proposals to senior management.
- Negotiate terms and conditions of purchase agreements.
- Collaborate with the development team to ensure seamless transition from acquisition to development or resale.
- Monitor and report on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field.
- Previous experience in real estate acquisitions, sales, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess property values and investment potential.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive for success.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
