    Job Description

    SCHEDULE: 8 HOURS PER DAY (8:30 – 12:30; 4:30 – 8:30 CENTRAL TIMEZONE); CLOSED ON WEDS, HEAVY ON WEEKENDS

    TRAINING: 5 DAYS TRAINING

    EQUIPMENT: 8GB RAM, I5 FOR WINDOWS; MACBOOK/IMAC IS OKAY (NOT OLDER THAN 2 YEARS); CHROMEBOOK IS NOT OKAY. 1.5GHZ PROCESSOR

    JOB REQUIREMENT:

    • Project is to support COVID-19 contact tracing and tracking. Agents will act as both Investigators of known positive cases, as well as Tracers on individuals that the positive person may have been in contact with prior to their diagnosis.
    • Agents will be working out of a Salesforce CRM environment, placing Outbound calls through Twilio which is integrated with the CRM platform.
