Job Description
We help recruit on behalf of Everise, a global call center. Everise specializes in tech support, sales support, and customer service.
We are currently hiring for the FULL-TIME TECH SUPPORT department. Answering inbound calls in regards to Wi-Fi Mesh Routing from users with various levels of technical understanding. Calls can range from set up, network troubleshooting, and connecting devices to the network. We help with any questions the customer may have. NO SALES INVOLVED.
