Role Summary
The Service Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and overseeing the installation of transformers for power substations as well as warranty repair with various tasks.
You will be the last form of communication with the customer. All communication must be of the highest regard to the customer, making them feel comfortable with all aspects of the project.
Essential Responsibilities
Develop and maintain installation and warranty procedures to maximize excellent customer relationships.
Select appropriate subcontractors to perform the task that is being required as specified within the contract.
Minimize overage costs and maximize customer satisfaction.
Coordinate all aspects of the installation process with field personnel and subcontractors to ensure no delays occur onsite.
Provide solutions to issues as they arise during the course of the project.
Complete documentation, including preparation of invoices with corresponding documents per charges received.
Maintains an excellent working relationship with all of the Subcontractors for installation, oil deliveries, and various equipment requirements to be onsite and work as a team.
Participate in pre and post-meetings detailing any errors that occurred and how they can be fixed or resolved going forward, as well as any room for improvement that is possible on the next project.
Receive and review daily reports from in-field technicians to ensure accuracy with the subcontractor’s daily report.
During ongoing projects that you are involved in, you may be requested to participate in after-hour communication with the site, TA’s, factory, and customer representatives to resolve issues that have come up.
Preferred Previous Experience
1 to 3 years of working experience with proactive customer service.
Excellent organizational skills, as well as the ability to multi-task and prioritize.
Ability to read and comprehend contracts.
Education Requirement
Proficient use of MS Word, EXCEL, PowerPoint; and Outlook email.

Accurate and attentive to details with excellent documentation skills.
