    Role Summary

    The Sales Representative will interpret project requirements based on product specifications, terms, and conditions while collaborating with our overseas Engineering team and Logistics and Services team in the US to prepare the best quotation package. The candidate must ensure that proposals are technically compatible and competitive, understand and analyze quotation documents, review contractual, technical, and commercial terms, and have a working understanding of bid strategies and market conditions.

    Essential Responsibilities

    Prepare estimates, proposals, and bids; coordinate with necessary departments and management, utilizing company estimating systems and processes.

    Cultivate sales opportunities by researching new accounts, providing technical information, and building relationships.

    Achieve or exceed assigned sales goals by developing action plans and schedules to identify specific sales prospects and markets and maintain contact with them.

    Assess competitors by analyzing their information and trends to identify potential sales opportunities.

    Travel domestically to visit current and potential customers, maintaining excellent professional relationships to maximize company interests.

    Manage and coordinate projects, familiar with the variety of concepts, practices, and procedures in the field. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.

    Respond quickly, professionally, and positively to all customer needs and concerns.

    Perform other job functions as assigned.

    Education Requirements

    Bachelor’s degree, professional presence preferred.

    Business Administration and marketing (sales) are a plus.

    An advanced degree may be substituted for experience, where applicable.

    Proficient use of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint; Teams, and email.

    Strong oral and written communication skills.

    Ideal Candidate

    Previous experience in Sales or other related fields.

    Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

    Superior interpersonal skills both on the phone and in person.

    Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.

    Positive and professional demeanor.
